Identifying Plaintiff's Experts Based on 3101(d) Information
Investigation of Plaintiff's Experts
Identifying the plaintiff’s experts is a lengthy and detailed process. Supporting a case with expert witnesses is an effective way of unveiling facts to strengthen an argument or a point of view which may lead to a motive or intention.
This process based on 3101(d) information will determine the strength of the plaintiff’s expertise and thus their credibility and ability to support the case in question. We will put their credentials through the required screening process in order to bring to light whether the plaintiff’s expert possesses the rights and suitability to aid the case.
