Services During Trial Stage
Scheduling or Rescheduling of Witnesses & Transportation
Trials can be rescheduled, delayed or run over. On occasion, proceedings do not always run to the schedule. Thus there may be a need to reschedule the appearance of a witness or to recall a witness for a second testimony.
We will act as the point of contact and deal with this throughout the trial stage and will deal with Conducting the Scheduling or rescheduling of witnesses and their transportation should it become necessary
